Meeting with Entrepreneurs

It all begins with a meeting with Olivier. This is an opportunity to explore synergies, discuss respective visions for education, and assess the interest in collaboration. This is where the first foundations of a trust-based relationship are established.

Understanding Challenges and Needs

We analyze the organization’s challenges within their overall context to identify priority levers, taking into account interactions with the educational ecosystem.

Co-Creating Integrated and Sustainable Solutions

We co-design support options aligned with the social entrepreneur's ambitions and the organization’s needs. Each proposal aims for lasting impact by bringing synergies.

Immersion in the Organization’s Ecosystem

Beyond the organization itself, we analyze the ecosystem in which it operates: meeting stakeholders, observing internal processes and interactions, and understanding external dynamics. This helps us better understand the root causes of the problems the organization wants to solve, as well as the success factors.

Co-developing a clear roadmap

Together, we define a roadmap with concrete steps, measurable objectives, and a funding plan. Our investment focuses on structural and long-term impact (3 years, renewable).

Drawing on its experience, insightful advice, and extensive network, the Fondation Caritas supports us in our philanthropic journey, providing invaluable guidance to help us achieve our mission.

Additionally, through the Fondation Caritas , we benefit from a partnership with the Myriad USA Foundation. The combined support of these two organizations enables us to collect and transfer donations in both France and the United States, thereby strengthening our capacity for action and impact.

We are actively seeking to build alliances with other philanthropic actors committed to promoting educational success for all, preventing school dropout, and driving the sustainable transformation of the educational system in France.

To this end, we dedicate a portion of our resources to supporting collectives and collaborating on joint projects, with the aim of maximizing the impact of our actions and strengthening synergies among partners.
