Eloquentia & Trouve ta voix
While speaking skills remain one of the blind spots of the French education system — and a driver of inequalities throughout life — Eloquentia and Trouve Ta Voix have chosen to initiate a collaborative dynamic focused on impact. Together, these two leading actors in orality already support thousands of young people in affirming their voice and their potential. This collaboration project, supported by Fondation Altitudes, aims to amplify that impact: strengthen advocacy, coordinate their approaches, and build a long-term partnership to make orality a genuine lever for equality.

Eloquentia and Trouve Ta Voix are two major actors in the Social and Solidarity Economy committed to helping young people develop their public speaking skills and reveal their potential.
They share a double observation:
They share a double observation:
- The French school system teaches students to read, write and count… but far too little to speak, even though public speaking is a key tool for empowerment.
- Mastering the spoken word is a powerful marker of inequality: it influences academic success, access to higher education, employment opportunities, and civic participation.
Since 2012, the two organisations have collectively supported:
- 43,000 young people in developing their oracy skills
- 450+ partner schools and educational institutions
Their areas of action:
- Workshops and educational programmes focused on oracy
- Major events and public speaking competitions
- Documentaries, cultural initiatives, and public awareness efforts highlighting the importance of orality
Why collaborate?
Eloquentia and Trouve Ta Voix have different histories, pedagogies, and modes of action. They are sometimes perceived as competitors by institutional and financial partners.
Yet they share the same mission: to make orality a cornerstone of education in France and to give every young person the ability to speak up, to assert themselves, and to find their place in society.
Yet they share the same mission: to make orality a cornerstone of education in France and to give every young person the ability to speak up, to assert themselves, and to find their place in society.
The Eloquentia × Trouve Ta Voix collaboration was born from a shared conviction: together, they can go further and support many more young people.”
Their shared ambition:
- Lead coordinated advocacy efforts to strengthen the role of oral expression in the education system
- Deploy their solutions in a complementary way to reach more schools
- Foster constructive cooperation in the service of impact
- Throughout the process, share their learnings with the broader ecosystem to encourage collaborative dynamics
The support of the Altitudes Foundation
From the outset, both organisations emphasised the need to rely on an independent facilitator to organise exchanges and guide the progress of their collaborative approach.
The Altitudes Foundation coordinated the selection of this trusted third party.

The scoping phase (July–December 2025) aims to establish a clear cooperation framework, define priorities, and build a shared roadmap.
Anita leads this work in close collaboration with Benjamin Rolland, Radical Collaboration trainer-facilitator. Through dedicated workshops, the teams learn to better understand one another, to express their interests and constraints transparently, and to build the foundations of a durable and healthy collaboration.
