Eloquentia & Trouve ta voix
At a time when public speaking remains one of the great blind spots of the French education system — and a driver of inequality throughout life — Éloquentia and Trouve Ta Voix have chosen to move beyond competition and join forces. Together, these two leading actors in youth oracy already help thousands of young people find their voice and express their potential. Their new coalition, supported by the Altitudes Foundation, aims to amplify this impact: strengthening advocacy, coordinating their approaches, and building a long-term collaboration to make oracy a true lever for equality.

Collective Impact
Éloquentia and Trouve Ta Voix are two major actors in the Social and Solidarity Economy committed to helping young people develop their public speaking skills and reveal their potential.
They share a double observation:
They share a double observation:
- The French school system teaches students to read, write and count… but far too little to speak, even though public speaking is a key tool for empowerment.
- Mastering the spoken word is a powerful marker of inequality: it influences academic success, access to higher education, employment opportunities, and civic participation.
Since 2012, the two organisations have collectively supported:
- 43,000 young people in developing their oracy skills
- 450+ partner schools and educational institutions
Their areas of action:
- Workshops and educational programmes focused on oracy
- Major events and public speaking competitions
- Documentaries, cultural initiatives, and public awareness efforts highlighting the importance of orality
Why a coalition?
Éloquentia and Trouve Ta Voix have different histories, pedagogies, and modes of action. At times, they may even find themselves in competition for institutional partnerships or funding.
Yet they share the same mission: to make oracy a central pillar of education in France and to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to speak, affirm themselves, and find their place in society.
Yet they share the same mission: to make oracy a central pillar of education in France and to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to speak, affirm themselves, and find their place in society.
The Éloquentia x Trouve Ta Voix Coalition emerged from a shared conviction: together, they can go further, reach more young people, and carry greater weight in public debate.
Their common ambition:
- To lead coordinated advocacy efforts to strengthen the role of oracy within the education system
- To deploy their solutions in complementary ways and reach a greater number of schools
- To foster constructive “coopetition”, serving their shared social impact mission
The support of the Altitudes Foundation
From the outset, both organisations emphasised the need to rely on an independent facilitator to organise exchanges and guide the progress of their collaborative approach.
The Altitudes Foundation coordinated the selection of this trusted third party.
The teams at Éloquentia and Trouve Ta Voix chose to work with Anita Kirpalani.

The scoping phase (July–December 2025) aims to establish a clear cooperation framework, define priorities, and build a shared roadmap.
Anita leads this work in close collaboration with Benjamin Rolland, Radical Collaboration trainer-facilitator. Through dedicated workshops, the teams learn to better understand one another, to express their interests and constraints transparently, and to build the foundations of a durable and healthy collaboration.
